To fairly accommodate all our scheduled guests, late appointment arrivals are subject to lose the scheduled time off their session. If time permits, every effort will be made to adjust your specialists schedule to provide your full time for the service.

When scheduling a service, a credit card or gift certificate is required to secure the appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you are unable to give 24 hours advanced notice, 50% of the service price will be charged to the payment method on file. Failing to show for appointments will result in the full price charged for the scheduled services. Charges are based on regularly priced services.

Refunds

All gift certificate and product sales are final.

No - The Body Bar welcomes both members and non-members alike. Members, however do enjoy the deepest discounts that we offer.

Appointments are recommended to ensure we are able to accommodate the time and type of service you are looking to do. Walk-ins are welcome but scheduled clients always take priority.

For massage services, the law in the state of Pennsylvania requires that minors under the age of 18 years, have a parent or guardian in the room with them during the session.

In order to take classes or use the fitness floor, you must be at least 14 years of age.

We provide shampoo, bodywash, and keyed lockers.  If you plan on using the shower, you will need to bring your own towels.  If you are having a spa package, we also provide a robe and footwear.

Appointment service times will vary depending on the type of service you are receiving. Please ask when scheduling for approximate service time.  Service times for spa packages are listed with each package description. PLEASE NOTE: To fairly accommodate all our scheduled guests, late arrivals will lose the time off their session. If time allows, we will make every effort to adjust your specialist's schedule to provide your full time for the service requested.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any dollar amount or as a designated service value,  in store, by phone or online. 

The Body Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates/Cards nor does it permit the purchase of a gift certificate/card with a gift certificate or gift card as payment.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

For members who fail to show for a scheduled appointment or give a minimum of a 6-hour cancellation notice will forfeit their monthly session or be charged the appropriate service rate to the credit card designated on their contract. If no credit card is on file, an accumulated service will be deducted from the member's account.
